Boiled and sliced gurita (octopus) and teripang (sea cucumber) is served with kangkung (a leafy green water plant commonly used as vegetable), and served with thick red sweet and sour sauce, mixed with pineapple juice, and sauteed ground peanuts. Rujak Soto
