I am technically now a senior (just finished my jr year) and was interested in applying for some, and wanted to get a really good head start before everyone else so I don't have to write those lame required essays during school days, but I was wondering if it's too early to apply for a scholarship looking for applicants who "are applying or will be applying to an accredited institution." Is it too early to apply? Secondly, I was wondering around what time of the year most students fill out their college applications, as well. A. my understanding is that you have basic prerequisites to complete before applying...that has to be done, and you may or not have completed an associates degree before that...Usually it takes the 1-1 1/2 yrs to do the prereqs and then an additional 2 for the actual DH program... How do you apply a printed logo underneath a layer of polyurethane?
Q. I'm builing a beer pong board (sweet, I know!) and I want to apply a printed out logo underneath the layer of polyurethane that will be applied as the top layer. I have the logo on my computer, but I need to know what the best material to print it out on is, and the best way to adhere it to the board before sealing it in. Thanks!

A. I did a similar project, and what I did was printed it out, then transferred, by tracing it to my surface and then painted it free hand. Let dry in good shape, 2nd coat and let it dry overnight. Then applied my urethane, several coats of that as well. I did this on some stair treads and it is holding up quit well under a lot of use. If it's a logo that you can't trace then the material would have to be something other than paper because it won't hold up to the urethane. Good Luck & don't loose (too much) Hope this helped

Q. I recently switched to Everyday Minerals makeup. I have never used loose powder ever! I have used it a few days now. Every time I apply my makeup with the brush, I end up with powder in my hair and on my shoulders. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can apply the loose powder without making a mess. Thanks!

What you have to do is just sprinkle a bit onto the lid (only a tiny bit) and just twirl your brush in the lid so all of it goes on the brush and then tap of all excess powder and then just keep buffing it onto your skin untill its well blended ... also buff it up near your temples and jawline so you dont look like your wearing a mask and blend it in well. Hopefully it wont go all over then. xxx

How can you apply texture to a repaired plaster wall without a compressor?
Q. I repaired a long crack in my wall with plaster. The repair is now smoothe and I would like to apply some texture material to blend it in with the rest of the knockdown-type texture. Your best helps here, are patience, persistence, and a willingness to do it over if doesnt look quite right, hehehe. An artistic 'bent' helps too. For a small knockdown finish, there are a couple of good ways to apply the texture, in small areas, without a compressor. 1) paint brush! -- only don't use it to 'paint'. Instead, use the very tips of the brush to 'stipple' the texture on. Q. I applied for FAFSA already, and I'm wondering how I apply for those Federal Subsidized Stafford Loan and the Perkins loan? I'm planning on going to law school next year, but I'm still confused about how I apply for both of those. FAFSA has been complete for a few weeks by now. What's next? I got my SAR and it didn't say anything about how many loans in each category?

How should I apply eyeliner to my big brown eyes so it looks good?
Q. I have big brown eyes and whenever I apply black pencil eyeliner (I don't have cream or liquid but if someone suggest an affordable one I'll try it :]) it always looks off... So how should I apply eyeliner? Pictures and/or tutorials are greatly appreciated. :D P.S. I already looked at almost all of Michell Phan's vids. P.S.S. I am willing to experiment with other color eyeliners thank you!

A. I just put brown eyeliner on the bottom eyelid. I have brown eyes too, and it just seems to look so much prettier than wearing black.
